This TriYoga course teaches the basic & level 1 yoga flows and postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques.

Good alignment and steady flow are the surest ways to gain more strength and flexibility.

What you will learn:

  • to gain more flexibility
  • to recover from back pain in a joyful environment
