Delivery and Shipping Policy

All purchases will be shipped within 48 hours of order processing. Deliveries will be via standard Australia Post mail arrangements unless expedited shipping is expressly requested.

All postage and handling fees are clearly outlined in the transaction details.

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from 3Yoga are made pursuant to a shipping contract. Therefore the risk of loss and title for all items passes to you upon delivery to the nominated carrier.

Expiry Date

Class Passes expire after 3 months

Vouchers expire after 12 months

Refunds and Returns Policy

Products purchased from 3Yoga are non-refundable. Products like Ayurveda Herbs and any medication cannot be returned upon delivery to the nominated carrier. There is no exchange or refund on Sale Items.

Exemptions might apply to this rule for certain products. Please contact us directly.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $100.

Security and Protecting Your Credit Information

We use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. When you place orders we offer the use of PayPal. All credit card information you supply is transmitted to PayPal only. Regardless of these efforts, 3Yoga cannot guarantee 100% the security or confidentiality of the information you provide to us. We do not assume any liability to third parties whose information you include on the website, or which you post in any User Generated Content. To help maintain the security of your 3Yoga account, please keep your password secure.

Eco and Social Imprint

MP3 Downloads – since we are living in a digital world, 3Yoga is dedicated to producing less plastic. Most of the 3Yoga products are available for download instantly to your computer in the MP3 / MP4 format thereby not using any precious resources in plastic CD cases and paper.

Plastic Bags & Packaging – in general, you will receive your product without any fancy packaging. Often plastic bags and bubble wrap will be recycled for use.

Online Vouchers and Receipts – we would like to encourage you to bring your online voucher or receipt (e.g. for a class pass purchased online) on your electric device to the session instead of printing it on paper.

Booking Conditions for Retreat & WS & Classes:
Payment Policy:

A 50% deposit is payable upon registration full payment is due six weeks prior to commencement and participants agree to pay any outstanding balance no later than this date.
Refund Policy:
-There is no refund for retreats, Teacher Training, Workshops, and Class Passes. Travel Insurance for Retreats abroad is compulsory and your own responsibility.
Transfer Policy:
If circumstances arise that require a transfer from the retreat on which you have a confirmed booking you will need to supply us with a request in writing.  • If a waitlisted participant can fill the space then you may be able to transfer your place to another applicable retreat at a cost of $100. This option is limited to one transfer only (after this, the regular refund policy applies) and depends upon a case-by-case assessment of your situation.
If there are no waitlisted participants to fill the space the regular refund policy applies to your transfer.
